AODA
WellFort Community Health Centre is committed to complying with AODA standards, as outlined in our Statement of Commitment.
In compliance with the AODA, we have developed a Training Policy and a Customer Service Policy that establish standards for accessible customer service for all of our staff who work with the public or help develop WellFort CHC services.
In addition, WellFort CHC has an Accessibility Plan for our Centre, that is intended to guide us in removing barriers to services and to help us to create an accessible health centre for the community.

Accredited from March 3, 2019 to March 2, 2023.
